Common questions

What happens to my saved events if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your most recently edited event stays active and fully editable, and everything else moves to an archive you can still open and read. If you resubscribe, all of it comes straight back exactly as you left it. You are never in a position where letting a subscription lapse costs you an event you worked on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep Premium through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call to make, it is a button in the billing portal.
What stays free?
Every calculator and planner, every article, the printable worksheets, and one saved Event Packet. That is not a trial, it is the free plan, and it stays that way.
What does Founding Member mean?
The first hundred members join at the founding rate and keep it for as long as the subscription stays active, even when the price goes up later. Founding members also get a direct line into what gets built next.
