Some features require signing in with Google. Keep your account secure, and know that you're responsible for activity under it. One account per person or business.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and can be canceled anytime from your account; access continues through the period you've already paid for. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time, and we'll give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

The calculators, templates, and articles are planning aids built from real catering experience, not professional, legal, or food safety advice. You're responsible for verifying results against your own judgment and local regulations before relying on them.

Some Click to Table features, such as the Event Day Brief Generator, generate content by sending event details you have entered, including any free-text notes, to Anthropic, our AI provider. By using these features, you represent that you have the right to submit that information for processing and that doing so is consistent with any obligations you have to the people whose information it may contain. Click to Table does not store that data on its servers. Anthropic’s handling of the data is governed by their terms and privacy policy.

Some articles include affiliate or referral links, disclosed where they appear. Clicking one may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you; it never changes what we recommend.

Consulting engagements are covered by a separate agreement made directly with you, not by these terms.

You can stop using Click to Table or cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms.

Click to Table is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or relying on its content.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. We'll update the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
