For Caterers & Off-Premise Teams

Plan smarter. Protect your margins. Run calmer events.

Click to Table helps catering and event teams get the numbers right before the truck is loaded. If your process today is memory, math, and a spreadsheet, this is the upgrade that doesn’t ask you to change systems.

Not another platform

Works with the software you already use

Click to Table isn’t catering software, and it isn’t trying to replace yours. Your software manages information. Click to Table helps you make the operational decisions your software leaves to you, so you save hours of planning and catch the expensive mistakes before they leave the kitchen or the warehouse. Practical calculators and planners, articles that answer the questions caterers actually ask, and printable worksheets built to cut the work you repeat on every event.

Your software

Keeps the records

  • Stores event and client information
  • Creates proposals and contracts
  • Manages bookings and billing
  • Keeps the calendar and client history
Click to Table

Makes the calls

  • How many staff this event actually needs
  • How much ice, beverage, and food to order
  • How the buffet should flow, and how long setup takes
  • What to pack, what to rent, and what to double-check

Need more than a calculator?

Sell more online. Cut the manual work.

Beyond the free tools, I help catering and hospitality teams grow online ordering, reduce repetitive administrative work, give clients a smoother experience, and build systems their people actually enjoy using. The work behind those results: online ordering, workflow automation, SOPs, training resources, and practical AI.

An operational philosophy

How we think about it

Technology should support hospitality, not replace it.
The tools stay behind the scenes. Your guests should only ever notice the hospitality.
Better planning creates better guest experiences.
A calm buffet line, a right-sized team, enough ice at hour four. Guests feel planning even when they never see it.
Operational excellence is built before event day.
The best events are rehearsed in the warehouse, on the worksheet, and in the numbers, long before the truck is loaded.
Small improvements compound.
A tighter packing list this week, a better staffing ratio next month. Season over season, that's how stronger businesses are built.

Step into a beautifully organized back office.

Every worksheet, guide, and tool on Click to Table is built for the way caterers actually work an event, made with the care of fine stationery and the practicality of a prep binder.

The person behind the platform

Built by a caterer. Not a software company.

Click to Table wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was built from years of loading trucks before sunrise, walking venues, calculating staffing, troubleshooting events, and learning what actually works.

Every calculator, framework, and planning tool begins with a real operational challenge caterers face every day. AI helps accelerate development, but the experience behind every recommendation comes from thousands of events and years spent inside the catering industry.

My goal is simple: help caterers spend less time reinventing spreadsheets and more time creating exceptional events.
